The Human Development Group, LLC is an emerging consulting company licensed in Maryland. It is a minority-owned and veteran-owned small disadvantaged business. The HD Group partners with leading experts, policymakers, and practitioners to carry out contracted work.

Depending on the scope of work in a contract, the HD Group calls upon its network of consultants with applicable expertise to work together to fulfill a specific task order. We work in decrete phases.
Upon initiation of a project, the HD Group team will work with the client and acquire necessary data to understand the scope of work (SOW). We work with clients to arrive at consensus on objectives, goals, and a strategy forward. Once the plan is finalized, we assist the client in the implementation of the plan. During each phase, progress is monitored and evaluated based on clear and measurable criteria. Once goals are met, the HD group continues to follow-up with the client.

Although we are a for-profit company, we take pride in offering some of the lowest bids in the business. Our benefit is in the results we establish for our clients, children, families, and communities. We also partner with larger firms who subcontract with us to complete a SOW. We have a very low overhead and only bill for expenses and time that we incur on the project.

In certain circumstances, our education coaching services are provided on a pro bono basis.
