The Human Development Group, LLC functions to improve the lives of people and communities around the globe in measurable ways. The company was founded in 2008 with the idea that strategic consulting and technical assistance that are sensitive to culture and gender is needed in the areas of public health, education, and youth development.

We know there are many U.S. and international experts working on the most complex social issues of our time. Moreover, it has been our experience that professionals from differing disciplines working together can bring about significant change. However, maximizing human resource capabilities may seem challenging even in the face of new calls by our leaders for a greater sense of civic and global engagement.

The Human Development Group realizes that there is a critical mass of passionate experts especially people of color who are excited at the opportunity to provide assistance to marginalized communities in the U.S. and around the world.  Thus, we have created a network of professionals who have agreed to work on issues such as public health, education, youth development, community empowerment as well as other important areas. As a group, we commit to provide assistance with passion and professionalism and an eye for tolerance and understanding. We have accepted the challenge to be good stewards to the global community and hope that our work will result in better outcomes for children, families, and communities.
