Dr. Alex Washington is a consultant with the Group. He has worked implementing and examining the effectiveness of HIV prevention intervention programs developed for most at-risk populations (MARPs). He has extensive experience in research design, statistical analyses, and program evaluation. He has presented is work internationally and received awards for his research from the National Institutes of Health.

Dr. Nicole Gardner Neblett is a consultant with the Group. She is a Developmental Psychologist with expertise in youth development, work-family dynamics, child welfare, and poverty and public policy. She has developed M&E systems for agencies focused on designing interventions to curb risky behaviors among youth. She has extensive experience working with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the Office of Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation.

Dr. Gauri Bhattacharya is a consultant with the Group specializing in understanding structural and cultural influences on health, evaluation of health care access and outcome disparities, and enhancement of HIV prevention and AIDS care and treatment . She has completed work on globalization, family dynamics, and health behaviors in developing countries. Dr. Bhattacharya, a NYS licensed clinical social worker has more than a decade of social policy and clinical practice experience in substance abuse treatment and both adolescent and adult HIV infection prevention.

Dr. Frank Sifakis is a consultant with the Group whose expertise include the utilization of epidemiologic methods to investigate the distribution and determinants of HIV and sexually transmitted infections among disenfranchised and hidden populations. He has years of experience providing TA and conducting research in countries outside the US.
